Architects in Limassol — Our Projects

Christos Christou Architecture Studio has been designing homes, apartment buildings, and commercial spaces across Cyprus since 1985, and Limassol is a growing part of that work. The projects below are a selection of our work in the Limassol district, each one designed, licensed, and supervised by our in-house team of architects and engineers.

Building in Limassol involves the same two consents as anywhere in Cyprus: planning permission and a building permit, but since 1 July 2024 both are issued by the district’s own authority, the Limassol District Local Government Organisation (ΕΟΑ Λεμεσού), and every application is filed electronically through the government’s ΙΠΠΟΔΑΜΟΣ platform. Because the process is fully electronic, our team manages the full permit process for Limassol projects end-to-end, from the first zoning check on your plot to the final approval exactly as we do in our home district of Larnaca.
